This website is operated by Blue House Bows ("Blue House," "we," "us," or "our"), 1015 Mooreland Boulevard, Brentwood, TN 37027. By visiting our site, buying from us, or signing up for our emails or texts, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Handmade Products

Our pieces are handmade to order. Small differences in fabric pattern, color, placement, and size are part of handmade work and are not defects. Colors may look different on your screen than in person. We may limit quantities, change prices, or discontinue any product at any time.

Orders and Payment

We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or contain a pricing error. If we cancel an order after you are charged, we will refund you. Payments are processed through Shopify and its payment partners. You agree to provide current and accurate purchase and account information.

Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Processing times vary by season. Because items are made to order, all sales are final except as stated in our Refund Policy. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.

Email Marketing

If you sign up for our emails, at checkout, through a form on our site, or another way, you agree to receive marketing emails from Blue House Bows about new collections, early access, promotions, and other updates. Signing up is never required to make a purchase. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email or by emailing us at Emily@bluehousebows.com. We will still send transactional emails about your orders, such as receipts and shipping updates, after you unsubscribe.

Text Message (SMS) Marketing

By entering your mobile number and opting in to texts, at checkout, through a form on our site, or another way, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Blue House Bows at the number you provide. These may include early-access links, new collection announcements, promotions, and cart reminders.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to texts to buy from us.
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
To stop texts, reply STOP (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT) to any message. You may also opt out by any other reasonable means, such as emailing us. We will send one message confirming that you have opted out, and you will receive no further marketing texts unless you sign up again.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Promotions and Discounts

Discount codes, early-access offers, and free shipping offers are subject to the terms stated with the offer, may be limited in time or quantity, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be changed or ended at any time.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including photos, designs, text, and logos, belongs to Blue House Bows or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Our site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these terms. Our accessories are not toys. Please supervise young children wearing bows, clips, or other small items, as small parts may present a choking hazard. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Blue House Bows is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product involved.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blue House Bows and its owners from any claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Tennessee.
